Technology Holdings advises McCamish Systems
on its sale to Infosys BPO

Technology Holdings is pleased to announce that Infosys BPO Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Technologies acquired McCamish Systems LLC, a premier platform BPO provider for $38 mn and upto $20 mn in earn-out. Technology Holdings was the exclusive advisor to McCamish on the transaction.

The transaction represents a strategic combination of McCamish's IP based BPO offering to leading US insurers and Infosys' global footprint to leverage synergies and fully realise the growth potential of the market segment. McCamish's clients include 20 of the largest insurance companies in North America. With revenues of over $4.5 billion, Infosys serves over 112 of the Fortune 500, and McCamish is its fourth acquisition in its 28-year history.
